Local Delivery
We currently offer local delivery within our designated delivery areas in the Miami, Florida area.
Delivery availability and fees are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address.
Please make sure that your delivery address, apartment or unit number, and contact information are accurate and complete.
Delivery Times
Orders are prepared according to the date and time selected during checkout.
Because our products are freshly prepared, delivery dates and time windows are subject to availability.
Customers should be available to receive their order during the selected delivery window.
We may contact you using the phone number or email provided with your order if we need additional information regarding delivery.
Fresh & Perishable Products
Our cakes, cookies, and other bakery products are freshly prepared and may be perishable.
For this reason:
- Please refrigerate products when recommended.
- Do not leave cakes or other perishable products outdoors or in an unsuitable environment.
- We are not responsible for product quality issues caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
- Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for proper storage and handling transfers to the customer.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and a delivery attempt cannot be completed, additional delivery charges may apply.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your delivery information.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the order during the selected delivery window, we will attempt to contact the customer using the information provided with the order.
Because our products are fresh and perishable, we cannot guarantee that a second delivery attempt will be available.
Additional delivery fees may apply for a subsequent delivery attempt.
Pickup Orders
If you select Pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared for pickup at the designated location and during the selected pickup time.
Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window to ensure the best product quality.
Delays
While we make every effort to deliver orders within the selected delivery window, occasional delays may occur due to traffic, weather, vehicle issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays when possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with another issue, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Because our products are prepared fresh for each order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once preparation has begun.
